In her role, she developed a global branded content engine leading to an Emmy nominated TV series and Cannes Lion-winning campaigns shaping the family history and DNA category & Ancestry's billion-dollar subscription business. She also led the company's holistic DE&I strategy and initiatives. Kiara began her career in the non-profit art world in San Francisco before pivoting to fast-growth fin-tech startups. She’s a trusted, go-to consultant for high-growth brands such as Noom and various private equity companies in the Bay Area.
