Drayton’s traveled around the world tackling many industries from automotive and finance to travel and fast casual. Along this journey, she’s focused on the mash up between consumer-and-culture-driven insight and creativity to unlock outsized results. Drayton is agency trained, first as a strategist and then a business lead, with the bulk of her agency life spent at MullenLowe where her time with JetBlue stands out as a particular favorite. She moved to the company-side with Dunkin’ in 2018 where she was charged with transforming the brand. Her first act was to drop “Donuts” from the name which unleashed a major shift in menu, marketing and partnership strategies. Now at Panera Bread heading up Brand Building, she is leading this powerful, value-based brand into its next exciting chapter. Four years at Wellesley College set her off on this adventure. Her husband, two teenage sons and extraordinary dog keep her on her toes.
