Surabhi Pokhriyal is the Chief Digital Growth Officer at Church & Dwight, one of the fastest growing consumer packaged goods companies that has outpaced Standard & Poor’s by more than three times over the last ten years. She leads Church & Dwight’s charter on digital transformation & eCommerce acceleration across cross functional teams as part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Surabhi has been part of several major consumer goods companies through her career, like P&G, Johnson & Johnson, and most recently at Colgate Palmolive where she served as their Global Head of Digital Commerce. Her expertise lies in leading cross functional P&L, budget management with multi geography teams transforming digital marketing and frictionless commerce. She is a champion for raising the bar, challenging the status quo and leading teams with a growth mindset.

Surabhi is a regular speaker at industry conference, and podcasts on digital transformation and eCommerce, is a member of CGT/RIS executive council and Digital Shelf Institute, co-creator of Women in eCommerce executive forum and mentor, advisor to several eCommerce technology providers, entrepreneur roundtables.
