Katie Melton is the Vice President of Creator Growth and Go-to-Market at LTK, the pioneer of Creator Commerce™, powering $6 billion in annual sales. She leads initiatives designed to grow LTK’s global network of 500,000+ creators and maximize their economic success, overseeing creator acquisition, engagement, and go-to-market strategies that connect creators with 44 million monthly users.
Previously, Katie served as Head of Operations at Compass, a Fortune 500 technology platform and real estate brokerage, where she led customer success and regional operations supporting more than $1 billion in annual revenue. With a strong marketing background, she has built high-performing teams and developed revenue-generating programs throughout her career, which began in entertainment marketing at NBCUniversal.
Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCLA. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children, Oliver and Summer, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, surfing, and scuba diving.
