Michael Jaconi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Button, one of the largest independent commerce enablement platforms powering the creator economy. Jaconi has lead Button to drive over $1B in commerce through its platform each month and enable creators, publishers, and retailers to maximize the performance of their commerce strategies. Jaconi formerly served as the CEO of Rakuten Loyalty and Executive Officer of parent company Rakuten. Leading the business that became Rakuten Loyalty through its acquisition, Jaconi helmed Rakuten’s US M&A strategy and led Rakuten’s $100M investment in Pinterest returning billions of dollars of shareholder value. 

Jaconi has been a lifelong entrepreneur starting his first company at the age of 16, and has founded and managed four companies in the marketing and technology industries. Jaconi is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events and business schools, and he received his bachelor's degree from USC, married his college sweetheart, and has 3 kids, and a dog. Even though he’s a CA native, he lives in Brooklyn and spends a lot of time in his happy place, Sag Harbor.
