Tim Dodd is the Co-founder and CEO of Sweet Flower, Southern California’s largest independent cannabis retailer. Tim guides Sweet Flower with over three decades of experience in leading business operations, strategy and finance functions in highly regulated media, entertainment and technology sectors, and in venture investments and private equity. Prior to Sweet Flower, Tim held senior leadership positions at Technicolor, Warner Bros, and Time Warner. Tim co-founded Sweet Flower with a vision to de-stigmatize the cannabis retail experience. Through Sweet Flower, Tim aimed to provide transparent and secure access to cannabis for all, building a best-in-class retail environment that is modern, approachable, and educational. Passionate about his Los Angeles roots, Tim actively gives back to the community through ongoing partnerships with several organizations.
