Michael L. Clark is a magna cum laude Howard University graduate. Currently, the Head of Multicultural Sales at G/O Media, Michael got his start in advertising in New York as a media planner on the General Motors, House of Seagrams, and United States Army accounts at Chisholm-Mingo Group, a leading multicultural advertising agency. He is a former U.S. Army Reservist and digital native who has helped launch key multicultural digital brands including TheRoot.com and BlackPlanet.com. He has held business development and sales management positions with The Root, Entertainment Studios, Univision, Mediaspike, Washington Post Digital, Interactive One/Radio One, and Johnson Publishing Co.
Michael is an active Auxiliary Services for High Schools Legacy Foundation board member and enjoys jazz and gospel singing, the Arts, and world travel. He resides in NYC with his wife and son.
