Joe Ruggiero is Senior Vice President, Consumer Products for the NFL, where he leads the NFL’s Consumer Products business. Joe leads a portfolio of licensing businesses that drive fan engagement and revenue for the NFL, including licensing of physical and digital products such as apparel, hardlines, video games, and collectibles. In his role, Joe is responsible for the NFL’s strategy and execution in key areas such as ecommerce, video gaming, and emerging products (e.g., NFTs and other blockchain-related products).Joe’steam manages partnerships with over 100 licensees, including long-standing partnerships with Fanatics, Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Electronic Arts.

Joe joined the NFL in 2013, serving in a variety of leadership roles. Prior to the NFL, Joe was a management consultantwith McKinsey & Company. Joe received his MBA from New York University and undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.Joe lives in New Jersey with his wife Lauren and four children Samantha, Charlotte, Joey, and Audrey.
