Elizabeth A. Morrison is the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Levi Strauss & Co. In this role she is responsible for ensuring that the company has the right practices in place to attract and retain a workforce that is as diverse as the communities it serves and building a vibrant and inclusive workplace for all employees globally.

With more than 20 years of experience creating work cultures that value diverse perspectives and empower employees to be their authentic selves, Elizabeth is a seasoned leader who is driving the company’s comprehensive, holistic and global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy forward.

Prior to joining LS&Co., Elizabeth served as the Vice President Diversity & Belonging at Live Nation Entertainment, where her strategic focus on original and creative programming and communications helped establish diversity and belonging as a core component of company culture.

Prior to that, she led Global Diversity and Inclusion at Campbell Soup Company and before that at ComcastNBCU driving employee communication, engagement and culture.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting, telecommunications and mass media and a Master of Liberal Arts in communications sciences and marketing from Temple University. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area.
