Katie Coviello is the Vice President of People & Culture at Away, a global lifestyle brand that’s working to transform travel through products and content that inspire people to get away more.

In her role, Katie is a crucial partner to Away’s executive team, as she spearheads the long-term strategy for Away’s people and business.

Before joining Away in 2018, Katie was a consultant for Bravely and oversaw people operations at Paperless Post. She currently resides in Florida with her husband and their new daughter.
