Celika Caldwell is Group Vice President, Head of Customer Experience for Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience. Celika has over 25 years of experience in product development, product management, and digital marketing. For the last 12 years, she has been in leadership roles standing up customer experience functions at large complex organizations.

Prior to joining Oracle, Celika served as the Senior Vice President of AARP Experience, where her goal was to understand and improve every member’s touchpoint, provide an effortless experience, improve customer loyalty by delivering greater value to members and employees in line with AARP’s brand promise.

Her team was responsible for establishing AARP’s experience vision, managing AARP’s award-winning Voice of the Customer program, increasing Net Promoter Score, implementing experience enhancements using human-centered design, and the training and adoption of CX tools and mindsets. In this role, she served as an executive leader in a multi-year digital transformation in support of improved customer experience.

Prior to AARP, Celika led the global rollout of FedEx’s Customer Experience vision and tools in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Celika has a long history of relentlessly working across organizations, bringing teams together, and driving significant improvements resulting in financial success, customer and employee loyalty, and upward retention key metrics.

Her professional experiences also include leadership roles at Citibank, Honeywell, and Deloitte Consulting.

Celika holds an MBA from Stanford University as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
