He began his career at United Talent Agency, rising to partner, before joining The Collective, where he helped bridge traditional artist management with emerging digital opportunities while working with global talent including Eminem, Justin Timberlake, and Alanis Morissette. In 2011, Reza co-founded Studio71, one of the largest digital media companies of its era, pioneering the multi-channel network model and scaling creator-led content globally.
