Serving as the Global Social Lead at TikTok, Karen plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the platform's global social strategy. Karen's journey with TikTok has been marked by her instrumental role in scaling social operations in 2020 across Europe, the US, LATAM and METAP. She also brings to the table a rich background from the retail industry, with positions held at Sainsbury’s and Post Office.

Away from her FYP, Karen channels her boundless energy into long-distance running, proudly completing eight marathons to date.
