Lani Kuramoto, Senior Vice President of Marketing for IPSY, is an accomplished marketing professional with more than 15 years experience in strategic and creative marketing for beauty and lifestyle brands. With unmatched commitment and dedication, she takes pride in developing creative strategies that increase brand awareness and drive growth, all while staying true to IPSY’s core value of making beauty more inclusive and welcoming to all.

In her role at IPSY, Lani oversees all brand marketing efforts including lifecycle, social, PR, creative, influencer and celebrity partnerships. She has led activations with Halsey, Huda Kattan, Khloe Kardashian, and Addison Rae, and grew IPSY's TikTok following to more than 2 million in 18 months. She leverages data and consumer insights to inform the development of 360 campaigns, with a laser focus on driving engagement through compelling content.

Prior to joining IPSY, Lani led marketing teams at eSalon, Nordstrom Rack, Groupon, and L’Oreal. Her experience spans startups to Fortune 500 companies, with deep expertise in the cross-section of beauty, lifestyle and technology.

Lani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from UC San Diego, an MBA from HEC Paris, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Lani lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children, and when she isn’t working she enjoys going to live music shows and experimenting with allergen-free recipes in her kitchen.
