Prama Bhatt was named Chief Digital Officer in December 2019, after having served as Senior Vice President, Digital and eCommerce since 2017. She joined Ulta Beauty in July 2014 as Vice President, Digital and eCommerce. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Prama led retail eCommerce teams at Toys R Us and Kenneth Cole. In addition to her retail industry experience, Prama was a management consultant with Booz Allen and held various roles in product strategy, design and development at Ford Motor Company. Prama currently serves on the board of directors for the Shoptalk Advisory Board.
