Surbhi serves as the Vice President of Greek Yogurt and Functional Nutrition for Danone North America, a certified B Corp (with a mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible). She oversees brand strategy, brand marketing, business performance and P&L for her brands.
Her contributions at Danone were recognized by her inclusion in the Ad Age 2020 Class of Women to Watch and in Brand Innovator’s Women to Watch in Brand Marketing Class of 2021.
Surbhi’s passion for business with a purpose led her to join Danone, but it stretches back to her 6 years at PepsiCo, where she held both Global and North America strategy, commercial and innovation roles with a focus on portfolio transformation. While at PepsiCo, Surbhi was nominated and selected for the Aspen Institute’s 2018 First Mover Fellows program. Surbhi was also selected for and participated in PepsiCo’s Accelerated Leadership Program.
Earlier in her career, Surbhi was a management consultant at Booz & Company, worked at a marketing agency, and in the luxury jewelry sector. Surbhi received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her B.A with highest honors from Emory University. Surbhi grew up in Atlanta, GA and currently resides on the Upper West Side with her husband and two children.
