Alicia leads the Global Agency Development organization at Microsoft Advertising, nurturing Search and Native advertising partnerships with large global holding companies and key independent agencies, based in New York. Prior to that, she led Consumer and Trade Marketing within Microsoft Advertising’s Display advertising business across the global Emerging Markets region. Alicia came to Microsoft with 16 years’ experience in global creative and media agency networks across WPP, Publicis and Omnicom; managing a diverse range of brands, including Electrolux, Gillette, LG and Dell. Having spent 14 years living within the Asia region, she has worked extensively across South East Asia, Greater China, and Japan. For the last 8 years, she has worked in the United States, managing diverse, global teams. Alicia is a fervent downhill skier. A calculated risk-taker.
