Erin Bailey is the Senior Director of Community Marketing at Hydrow, the leading at-home rowing brand that brings you the feel of rowing on the water through immersive workouts streamed from waterways around the world. In her role, Erin works to cultivate and grow the active Hydrow Member community across a range of social media channels, influencer partnerships, and celebrity activations.Prior to joining Hydrow, Erin led community marketing at health startup beam and ASICS. Erin is also a certified trainer and run coach, and loves to help others find joy in movement. She currently lives in Brooklyn and is most often found running along the West Side Highway or finishing her first book.
