Throughout his 25+ year career, Victor has built brand loyal global audiences, transformed legacy-based organizations into digital first companies, driven category leading sales programs, developed industry recognized talent and executives and built agile analytic mindsets redefining decades old creative and media buying processes.

Currently he is the President of Advantage Unified Commerce (commerce division of Advantage Solutions), an agency at the forefront of the new normal of digital, commerce and retail marketing.

Prior to AUC, he was the CMO of Kin Insurance, a home insurance company disrupting the 100+ year old category through technology. He was responsible for all aspects of the brand marketing and customer acquisition channels developing category leading unit economics and CAC. He was an integral member of the executive team that successfully secured their Series C funding and subsequently their agreement to go public via SPAC.

Prior to Kin, he was the CMO of RXBAR where he was responsible for leading all marketing, communications, commercialization, shopper, media, product development and consumer insights. In 2019, he successfully expanded the company’s product portfolio from just one product, the protein bar to five, RX Nut Butter, RX A.M. (Oats) and RX Kids, while maintaining and expanding the brands No B.S. culture and voice.

Prior to RXBAR, Victor was the SVP Digital Marketing at Hasbro and was responsible for the global digital marketing efforts for all Hasbro brands including Transformers, Monopoly, My Little Pony, Nerf, Play Doh and others. There he helped transform the company to a digital first and story driven business helping create one of the industry’s most successful content to commerce initiatives demonstrating the intersection of content, digital and sales.

Prior to Hasbro, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Digitas and led the relationships for brands such as, Goodyear, Buick, GMC, Harley-Davidson, Pontiac, IHG, OnStar and Saturn. His programs have received high industry recognition from The Pro Awards, The Reggies, The Effies, MIXX, MITX, and Cannes Lions.

He has also served as Vice President, Creative and Strategy, for AMP Agency and Senior Publicist at Viacom parent, National Amusements.

In 2012, he was recognized on Brand Innovators’ Top 40 Under 40 list for his professional accomplishments and ability to leverage digital media and emerging advertising technology platforms and currently serves on their Advisory Board. He serves as an Effies Worldwide Finalist Juror, Pro Awards Final Judge and Reggies Award Judge. Victor has also keynoted or spoken at SXSW, CES, ANA, Mobile Marketing Association, New York Advertising Week, INBOUND and others. He was a mentor for SXSW participants and Ad Age Executive Mentor Program.

He is a Boston native and holds a B.A. from Boston College where he was also an adjunct professor of Digital Marketing and Digital Commerce and received his MBA from Northeastern University. He is also on the advisory boards for Kreatures of Habit, Mada and Smile Technologies. He currently lives in Boston with his wife and son and is an avid sports card collector.
