Isaac Ortiz is a Regional Director, Customer Success at iSpot.tv where he is responsible for leading a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers and Directors who are the primaryowners of Customer relationship with key stakeholders, overseeing a list of key accounts, and providing day-to-day strategic guidance to help customers optimize value that they receive from iSpot’s product suite. Isaac has over 15 years of brand and agency experience in media and marketing. Prior to joining iSpot.tv in 2019, Isaac held various roles in brand management, strategic planning, client services and performance marketing at a variety of industry-leading companies such as MillerCoors, FIJI Water, HAVAS and Ocean Media. Isaac lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife, Esther, and son, Marcus.
