Oscar Rondon is a TV and digital media expert and thought leader with nearly two decades of experience in advertising sales, programmatic platforms and marketing management. A seasoned business leader in the advanced TV space, Oscar has a proven track record in managing high revenue programmatic solutions across sales channels for over 10 years at multiple DSPs. As MiQ’s SVP of US Product + Partnerships, Oscar leads a team focused on creating differentiated solutions for advertisers across the programmatic ecosystem, with a focus on video and advanced TV planning, activation and measurement.


Since 2013, Oscar has focused on bringing advanced TV products to market with a focus on strategic partnerships as well as sales and product GTM strategies. He was a founding member of Adobe’s TV platform and helped scale the business exponentially. Later he went to Amobee where he was tasked with OTT/CTV product launch and monetization. In 2019, Rondon was appointed VP of Sales and Product Marketing at NCC Media, successfully leading the company’s rebrand to Ampersand, and launched The AND Platform to advertisers and agencies. Prior to MiQ, Oscar was Vice President of Product Marketing at VideoAmp where he was tasked with leading positioning and entry into the currency and sell-side markets, as well as all thought leadership initiatives. Oscar holds a Master of Arts in Communications from the City University of New York, Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Miami. In his spare time, Oscar spends time with his three young boys and travels.
