A multi-faceted business builder and senior industry executive, his expertise include: content creation, talent development, acquisitions, programming, product development, sales and marketing for the video-on-demand, pay-TV, basic cable, network TV and online markets.

He is the CEO and founder of AdGreetz, the industry’s leading video personalization ad-tech/martech platform that is disrupting the $781B advertising marketplace by empowering brands, agencies and ad platforms worldwide to build stronger relationships with customers and increase engagement and activation 2X-3X by producing and deploying hundreds, thousands (or even millions) of smart, hyper-personalized, data-driven, video and display ads and messages (versus a generic, much less-activating version) on 26 channels (including CTV/OTT), optimized by AI/machine learning in real time.

Prior to AdGreetz, Frankel spent over two decades at Warner Bros. and was President of Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution (2000-08). There, he created new strategic architecture in the broadcast, cable and pay television landscapes, as well as advancements in new technologies such as VOD, HD and the Internet. Frankel made numerous record-breaking sales and ground-breaking deals at WB. During Frankel's presidency, WBDCD licensed over $5B of programming, generating revenue 20-120% higher than the competition. His division won more than a dozen Promax Awards.
