Shelley Stewart III is a Partner within McKinsey’s Private Equity Practice, where he works with companies across industrial and technology sectors on a wide range of marketing, sales and growth initiatives. Shelley is also founder and director of the McKinsey Institute for Black Economic Mobility, the firm’s think tank dedicated to advancing racial equity and inclusive economic growth around the globe. In this capacity, Shelley focuses on publishing research, convening cross-sector stakeholders, and translating insights into tools and assets that help organizations take meaningful actions to advance economic development for Black individuals and communities.
